B - Name one of the positions whose player has handled the ball in a
6-4-3 double play.
G - How many men were out, in the classic film "_____ Men Out" ?
NB if the poster load is purely estrogenic, put Christie and Beebs against Silver and Ellen.

Etaoin, I feel bad for you, given that you have found yourself surrounded by people for whom your topic probably cannot be considered a strong area of expertise.
(Snort.)
We care, because you care. That doesn't help us know more of the answers.
Perhaps we should itemize what we do know. For example, I know a bit about Bill James.

Q1 - A and P
A 6-4-3 DP goes from short to second to first.
There were Eight Men Out.
I could not think of a good numeric Q for Game of their own.,
My B team has 8 points, and G team 4
Since you did so well with players positions.....

Who is Bill James?
Okay, maybe we should save these Q's for the next FNGD.
I'd hate for all your hard work to be trifled with by us.
But I am doing pretty good on my March Madness Bracket
Q2 WHO? WHAT? I DONT KNOW!!!

Q2 WHO? WHAT? I DONT KNOW!!!
B - Aside from the 3 most famous names, namely WHO, WHAT, and I DONT KNOW, name one of the players in the classic Abbott and Costello skin, Who's on First?
G - Name another one.

After this game, I'm gonna repost the whole game as Sports Trivia in the main bored, for thjose who dont check posts on the FNGD bored. I will just do extra extra fact checking, for the true sports trivianauts will jump on things....
I made a small edit in the Starter, in fact, even after I had typed itl..

Doc, you're the best. But, I'm a beaten down mess tonight after the last three weeks or so. I don't have any perkiness in me. I'm going to go to sleep. Plus, I'm a farging idiot. But I can deal with that. I'm sorry to bail.

Q2 - Why, Because, Today, Tomorrow and I Dont Give a Darn.
I think I have G team up 10-8. Maybe.
That is LF, CF, C, P, and SS. for the players.
We never learn a name for RF. That factoid has shown up in trivia games.
Q3 - 1967

I have three peculiar human interest as well as sports trivia, all which pertain to 1967, none of which got the kind of overwhelming media response each would now.
Times have changed.
B - Kansas City Athletics shortstop Dagoberto "Bert" Campaneris, with the consent of management, missed all his team's three trips to California in the 1967 season. IIRC Kubiak played shortstop.
For what reason?
1 - Allergy to California bees
2 - Death Threats by a stalker
3 - Protesting Ronald Reagan
4 - Avoiding a paternity suit
G - He couldnt do the same thing for the 1968 season... Why? (mentioned earlier)

4. Because the Athletics had moved to Oakland, California.

G - absolutely no clue.
