FNGD Q5 GREAT MOVIE THEMES OF 1960

#1 Post by etaoin22 » Fri Jan 30, 2009 10:32 pm

Q5 - TOP MOVIE THEMES OF 1960.

Well, there was Psycho, and The Apartment, and who could forget Swiss Family Robinson? Not to mention Spartacus, and The Magnificent Seven.
But perhaps the visual event of the year which has been most memorable was....

The changing of the American Flag to represent 50 states.

(I really should have asked this question in 2007, in fact, since it was then that the 50-state flag became the "longest-running" of any official American flag.)

And for no other reason, of course... (well, maybe):

B - How many horizontal rows of stars?

G - According to the United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 -- The Flag , what method of laundering is recommended?

9 horizontal rows of stars. And a shout-out to SilverScreenSelect, who I may not always agree with, but whose posts are always interesting. (His 64K question).

There is in fact no form of laundering recommended by law....
Just if you cant keep it clean, destroy dignifiedly...

Preferably by burning.

I will give G team a win, probably by about 9 points.

thanks all. I have a JFF question coming up...
