Okay, I was right, I am REALLY very upset I did not get the second part.

The global brand for the Caress stuff I work on is Lux.

I am a member of the Lux global brand team.

How embarrassing!

I got a FJ question wrong when the answer was one of the flagship products of my sister's company. She watched the show with co-workers. She called me up to yell at me. There was much laughter in the background.

ah....

I wonder if I opened a can of worm,s...

LeBaron was definitely smaller, and they marketed Dynasty as semi-prestigius here -- old white car for old white guys -- then classically New Yorker and Imperial.

I will go with that order, FWIW.

Fiat Lux!

Lux still a well-respected and powerful brand name in India and Pakistan.
Got the brand name more for a sense of luxury than of light, the "light" in Latin was just chance thingy. The point was That ladies could wear luxury delicates and clean 'em at home.

(and if you dont click on the ad. just not the take-away message "Husbands admire wives who keep their stockings perfect". (I am thinking maybe Ed Wood as I am writing this...))

My count is 17-12 for G

It is actually a HUGE product line ex-US.

Okay, I know more and won't say, but if you think Dove is big, that is a US viewpoint.

And yes, it is based on the word luxury.

They still make Chryslers?

I don't do soap.
