So, a day late, but here's the Reverse Timeline for the week! This was originally going to be more involved, but since countries seem to gain independence and lose it and get it back, I felt I needed to actually give the years with this topic. Plus I promised that the date of independence for my beloved Lietuva would be in a Timeline this month!
So, you got the dates, you got the Country Well, just match them up for 10 points each. You'll also get an additional 10 points by giving the country from which they gained their independence at that time (if multiples, you only need to name one country). That, with two 10 point bonuses, makes a possible 200 points today. Format should be as usual, country and former sovereign in bold under the year. Please do NOT put the years in the Well, it takes me three times as long to figure out your scoring like that. (Almost everybody is great about answering in the requested format and making it easy for me to score, and thank you for that!)
