Anyone watching David Spade's show?
I wonder if the engaged guy's family will make an appearance if the ratings lag.
His mother Goldie Hawn and his sister Kate Hudson

It's called "Rules of Engagement" and features Patrick Warburton as well as David Spade and the others mentioned in the thread. I've watched one episode and didn't find it memorable enough to put on my "must see" list (it's on opposite "Heroes", which doesn't help).silvercamaro wrote:I didn't know David Spade had a show (nor why.) I guess that puts me in the "no" category.

Patrick Warburton is married to one of my high school classmates, so he shows up at our high school reunions.dodgersteve182 wrote:I have been enjoying this show since it debuted after 2 1/2 Men last year. I like Kate Hudson's brother in the title role and the actor who played "Putty" on Seinfeld as his best friend. Good sitcom faire, no real surprises, and of course racey.
He is really tall.

Considering that I haaaaaaaate David Spade with the fire of a thousand nuns, that would be a resounding "NO!"
One of my fears is that he'll do a guest shot on "My Name Is Earl" -- and then I'll have to choose between skipping the best thing on TV or having to look at his repulsive smirking visage. But -- "Earl" has invited at least 3 others of my least-faves-of-all-time to guest star -- and, given the wonderful material -- they were tolerable! Amazing! I was sorta able to ignore the fact that it was Brett Butler, or Roseann Barr, or Norm MacDonald -- and enjoy the story
I know a lot of viewers hate Alyssa Milano with the fire of a thousand nuns, but I hafta say I don't (I don't think anything of her one way or the other) -- and she was pretty well-received on "Earl."
Watching *David Spade* though......that would be a tough choice
