Update for the Ladies

Guten Tag, shone Damen!
I am most pleased to be able to relate that my suit has been successful, and the fair Miss Bennett has accepted my offer of matrimony.
I attempted the proposal pursuant to the suggestion of Shiny Car Lady, but the bridge in Berlin was under construction, and so I settled for a park, under the full moon, beside the St. Nicolaus Kirche. She seemed most pleased.
A few matters remain open, such as the settlement of her dowry: her late father, alas, did not leave her well provided for, and she has no brothers (although she does have sisters), and her mother is a bit of a crumplebrain, but I am certain we will resolve this shortly.
I have since learned that this definitely did not come as a surprise. I first met Miss Bennett about years years ago, but only began courting her seriously this January past. I was just advised that she had confided in one of her closest female acquaintances that she anticipated that I would propose, and that she had determined to accept it: this was in March of this year. I have further learned that there was a wagering pool at Miss Bennett's place of employment, with the participants placing their wagers as to the location at which I would actually propose. Apparently, I am not so mysterious as I pretend.
I am very happy. I used to be very happy, but a few years ago, that ended, and I have more or less just endured. But now, for the first time in nearly six years, I am truly happy. Life is wonderful.

Most hearty congratulations, Mr. Darcy!
I understand that times have changed in the last two centuries, but ladies betting upon when you might propose--isn't that just a mite unseemly?
(And am I the only BB who's clueless about the secret identity of this MM?)

So I guess that wasn't you who proposed on the Kauffman Stadium scoreboard last night.....
Congratulations Mr. Darcy on your engagement!
And please make sure that Marley continues to remain clueless as to your true identity. Me and mini enjoy it better that way.....

I was clueless, but I think we've been given a clue.

We have?
I gather that
, but which BBs are currently unaccounted for and believed to be doing the Grand Tour of Europe?
Edit: At least someone's willing to give me hints around here.

Congratulations!
I am glad that you don't go the trite route and propose on the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Detective work isn't up your alley, is it Mr. Gh0st?

I am so happy for you.
For you to have again found happiness, is a wonderful thing. Enduring, not so much.
She must be a VERY special person.
Congratulations!

No. As with so many other things around here (and in my office as well), I remain blissfully in the dark.

Congratulations Mr. Darcy. You sound indeed blessed by the recent turn of events.
I am troubled by one thing. Is your bride-elect aware of your association with a certain group of ne'er-do-wells? Will she be putting away your freshly washed socks and come upon a portrait signed by Evil Squirrel? Will she wonder why you spend hours in front of the computer, occasionally chortling loudly and unexpectedly? In short, sir, have you told her of the Bored?

Mr. Darcy, your news has swept away a grand chunk of the ambiant distress around here because of the hurricane.
I am so happy for you and your betrothed. You deserve happiness and certain angels are hovering around with company up there laughing and feeling comfort that you are to care and be cared for again.

No, sir, it's not, Lieutenant. That'd involve being able to interact with people and all those other obscure social skills...
