No. He doesn't want Cheney shooting any buckshot in his direction.

This is why I laugh at the cons who got all excited about Palin...as if they expect Palin to actually have any influence in McCain's administration.
He'll trot her out to keep the right-wing masses happy...but she'll have ZERO say in his administration...ZERO.

They are happy.
Those of us she scares spitless can't win.
If we point out her pork-chomping, anti-choice rightwingnutness, we're anti-moose.
If we say nothing, we hate Clinton.

I'm confused. I thought Governor Palin was anti-moose. Didn't she shoot Bullwinkle?

I am hurt! That sounds rather like blatant squirrel-ism and mustn't be tolerated! We are not all the same. Even Evil Squirrel must have his good side.
Same for the mooses. Or is it meese?
No matter how annoying that big antler head can be...

This is a great thread.
The Obamanites are discussing amongst themselves about stuff they know nothing about, yet make themselves feel better.
Too bad that good feeling will last only another 49 days.
Go on thinking the 'cons' are stupid, single issue, dittoheads. Go on thinking and talking, especially talking because that only solidifies our base and brings more of the intelligent free-thinking left to our side, negatively about Palin.
Keep doing what you're doing.

That will compensate for the intelligent, free-thinking right - like George Will and David Brooks, who think Palin is a poor choice, and Richard Cohen - accused for years for being in the tank for McCain, now saying that McCain has become what he campaigned against in 2000.

*sigh* I have McCain's autograph on a bumper sticker from back in those days. Before he started kissing ass...

Oh, Rocket. You must know that I didn't mean you! I have previously stated how much I admire you as an excellent citizen and outstanding thespian. I would never intentionally hurt your feelings, and I offer my most profound apologies if I did so accidentally.
You are right that Evil Squirrel has a sort of good side. He is very good at drawing things, and I like to encourage his art. When he's busy drawing, he's not throwing things at me, and even if he does, a crayon doesn't hurt as much as an apple, anvil, or concrete block. Fortunately, he doesn't hit me very often, so his bad aim counts as a good point, too.
I've never met a moose, so I have no particular opinion about mooses/meeses/four-footers of the moosish persuasion.
Again, I am so sorry for my careless blather. I do hope you will forgive me and continue to plan to appear in my opera. Yours is a special and important role.
With love and greatest respect,
Annie

Keep laughing as that's all you will have when the Obama balloon deflates to a mere puddle of goo.
Listen to his commercials and speeches. He has nothing more to say. He has been reduced to doing exactly what he said he would not do - running a negative campaign. That's all he has left. Mud-slinging. Listen to the panicked left. They will stop at nothing to (and I quote that paragon of taste, Chevy Chase) "destroy Sarah Palin."
From my perspective (and I have since put down my rose-colored glasses) the cons will be doing the laughing come Nov 4.
But, keep up the negativity. It is funny to watch now.

So cute.
I was about to tell you that your posts amuse me - not like it's funny, like I am amused.

Um...there's nothing negative in this thread.
It might have escaped your notice that McCain/Palin were NOT the subject of any "attacks" in this thread.
If ANYONE was being "attacked", it was not them.
I'll leave you to figure out who MAY have been being targeted.

You shouldn't be surprised.
I said at the outset of one of these political threads that I am voting for neither McCain nor Obama.
There's really no difference between the two- both will continue the looting of America that's currently going on.
Only difference is to which voting blocs they pander.

Are you interested in a position with the National Apathy Party?

Kinda like 1980 when RWR ran on the message of change and hope. And just where is that shining city on a hill?

No- but I'd kill if there was truly a candidate for the RTC Party (Restore the Constitution).
