or does the 3rd box down under this box sometimes say "disable similies in this post"???
I know i have used similies before, i.e "the peaperson waddles like carl the duck"
but they disappear, as that box is usually checked
there is funny business going on here that is like "funny" as the peahen is to waddling{like carl the duck}.

It is a word that you are unfamiliar with - the root of the word is smile - something you know little about.
smilies not similies

vs Beedums lies like a politician and Beedums acts like a 2 year old.
Glad I could clear that up for you.

What's a metaphor?
From dictionary.com:
a figure of speech in which a term or phrase is applied to something to which it is not literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance
i.e. beedums smile = a light source
cough -cough-hack, ...ack
I mean, it could happen.
