Trying to avoid his continuous patterns of gaffes on the campaign trail, Barack Obama is apparently taking a teleprompter everywhere he goes, including to a campaign speech in a rodeo ring on Monday.

Makes you wonder how this guy will function as President, doesn’t it? When he’s on the phone with World Leaders, will there be some aide listening in and telling a President Obama what to say? Takes the puppet meme to whole new levels doesn’t it? Maybe during the debates he’ll have a speaker in his ear so Axelrod or Kos can feed him his lines.

The guy has been campaigning for nearly two years… if he can’t get by without his teleprompter now, how the heck will he ever make it as President? If they don’t even trust that he has the judgment to speak on his own, how is he supposed to have the judgment to lead?

Maybe they’ll give one to Joe Biden too. Lord knows he needs it.
