Another baby name question? They seem to ask one of those at least once a season. I'd be looking at 50K with all 4 lifelines.
The only thing getting rid of the first tier questions seems to be doing this week is putting more people into (and out of ) the Hot Seat rather quickly.

AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Yet another "I have a good idea but I'm going to squander a lifeline and ask the audience" situation.

Absolutely no idea, so it's time for the lifelines. I suspect this may be one of those times when PAF is the one to use first because the 50/50 won't tell me anything and I would be dubious of the audience's familiarity with this. FWIW elwing answered immediately and was correct.

Isn't the 16K question a state capital question and not a Police question?
The 25K question was done before - for more money, I think.

Yes, it is.
TPTB think the questions are "cooler" when they throw in a pop culture connection.

I thought it odd that she never said that - it seemed that she was trying to figure out where The Police played, rather than what the capitals of those states were.

Well, yes, sports
and pop music in the same geography question. What a coup for the question writers!
Although Rachel managed to deal with this one, that superfluous fluff does manage to distract contestants from time to time, particularly in the lower tiers. As if anyone should have memorized the route of the "Reunion Tour".

Did they ever say what she did for a living?
Later post: Ok. I see that she said in first show that she is a project manager.
I spoke yesterday to an attorney in the Corps of Engineers' headquarters who is named Rachel Watson.

On Monday's episode, they said she...
Just moved to D.C. to become an assistant project manager.
They didn't elaborate what kind of project she's managing.

Nevermind, then!
