Another week and another moratorium - the software fix that was supposed to solve the database problems we've been having was tested and found to be "not entirely successful" (to quote Richard Daystrom), so we're supposed to wait another week. My guess is that the moratorium won't be lifted then, either, because as is almost always the case with software, when you rush to fix something, you break other things.
