I'll just have the first menu item, thanks.

Actually, GW and I may be doing that for real tonight. She's had a rough week at work. Client visits, last-minute requests from co-workers, a decided lack of appreciation from bosses, etc. We're ready for the weekend.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

The EOSB&G hasn't been getting much business from us lately, has it? Even with Shade in the Hot Seat on Tuesday, our vicarious experience of it here was kind of muted.

Sorry, I'll have to pass. I wouldn't have room for a sushi dinner later.

I have to decline also, or I'll be guilty of hypocrisy, same as the charges I've been leveling against Palin.

Come on in and join us! You only have to follow a temporary moratorium on the political talk while you're inside.

And we'll all be too busy with the refreshments christie has prepared for that, anyway! 8)

How many of y'all ever heard of FAC (Friday Afternoon Club) used as a substitute or interchangeably with Friday Happy Hour?

When I googled it, I got 6,950 hits.

Friday Happy Hour got me 70,000.

Just curious, just for fun . . .

I'm on my 2nd day of losing 20 lbs diet - so no alcohol is allowed the first two weeks. Neither is any of the good stuff. The salsa is probably allowed, but no chips. :(

I'll be an observer, I suppose and support the rest of you in your indulgences.

In that case, would you mind being the designated driver?

I've got some Arby's sammiches I could offer...

Screw those. I want Christie's stuff. Any left? At least temporarily?

That's one of the great things about the Moratorium Lounge, we never run out!

I'm going to have to check what kind of points AD is referring to. Now we have LOTS of pints available, and Kay's driving so, I think we are good to go!

Point Beer...a nice family of local brews. I like the amber as well as the traditional Point Special. I trust you have a few stashed in the cooler?

(I was going to temporarily change back to my old Point Beer avatar just now...unfortunately, it seems to have vanished from my hard drive...ah, well.....)

I like that acronym. I like it a lot.

I would also like some of those fajitas and margaritas.
