Friday Happy Hour over in the Moratorium Lounge!
I made some food for Happy Hour
Now everyone get happy!
Mexican Happy Hour
Margaritas!!!!!!!!!
Pomegranate, mango, strawberry and the traditional lime
Freshly made tortilla chips with sea salt
Salsa Verde and tomato salsa using some of those great heirloom tomatoes Uly brought by
Fajita station fillings include Spicy Chicken, tender marinated skirt steak and Pork Mole
Additional items include sliced sweet Maui onions, sautéed red and green peppers, sliced jalapeños, Black olives, sour cream, cilantro leaves and this REALLY hot pepper/vinegar I made the other night with 5 types of hot chilies.
Refried beans
Spanish rice
Flan will be served later
Enjoy and have a nice wekend!

Actually, GW and I may be doing that for real tonight. She's had a rough week at work. Client visits, last-minute requests from co-workers, a decided lack of appreciation from bosses, etc. We're ready for the weekend.

I have to decline also, or I'll be guilty of hypocrisy, same as the charges I've been leveling against Palin.

How many of y'all ever heard of FAC (Friday Afternoon Club) used as a substitute or interchangeably with Friday Happy Hour?

I'm on my 2nd day of losing 20 lbs diet - so no alcohol is allowed the first two weeks. Neither is any of the good stuff. The salsa is probably allowed, but no chips.
