However, I see I could cause whining if I talk about shoes. Don't want to do that.

I don't blame you. I am trying not to click those threads, but I am afraid that I might miss something interesting.

I'm just going to that silly Poison concert, but I was referring to PSM who will be having a BIRTHDAY tomorrow! YAY!

That's what I meant too, I just wasn't clear about it. I should have directed the question to PSM!

But Poison, wow...I last saw them when I was like 13 and I thought for sure if I put on enough makeup that Brett would want to be my boyfriend...

(edited to take my typing out of the center of Cindy's quote. I can't win tonight! Too many late nights on facebook!)

I'm glad I'm not the only night owl around here. I think Sunflower and I are the ones on the east coast and we appreciate those of you to the west of us keeping us company. :)

definitely much appreciated! :)

I've always been a night owl. I had myself trained to go to bed early, which while unnatural for me, enabled me to go to work every day. Then I started to slide. Then last week's facebook obsession ended it. I stay up til 2 am now!

Well good to know I have late night company. I thought I was coming down with a cold and had to go to bed early the past couple of nights. I managed to fight it off and am feeling just fine now.

The night is still young.

Maddie's birthday was on Sunday. I can't believe that I have a 15 year old!

For my birthday, Jeff is going to go play with Greyhounds at Hemopet with me.

My friends and I are also surprising our friend with cancer. We have been frantically putting together a scrapbook for her because she starts her second round of chemo next week. (Her hair is going to fall out!) She thinks that a group of us are coming to see her to celebrate my birthday, but instead we are presenting her with the scrapbook. I just have to get it finished tonight. She has a blog about what is going on and I thought that it would be nice if she had all of the comments saved in the scrapbook, so she can read them later on.

I usually hate birthdays because it's so close to the time that my Dad died, but I think that this one is going to be ok.

That's so sweet. I also have a friend undergoing chemo for lymphoma. She just lost her hair. She has a wig that's the bomb though and a great attitude.

She has to go to Birmingham for her treatments, which is 100 miles from here, so I'm on her list of those who will take her for her treatments. It requires an overnight stay, but I'm more than willing to do it for her.

That is a wonderful gift for your friend. I know she will love the scrapbook.
