First day in the books and everybody had a pretty good showing. "Close but no cigar" award goes to AJ, who I think was just one year off on every answer!

Getting a bullseye made a big difference in some scores, as it was worth 5 points more than one year off, but each game will have a different point structure and possible points amount, so advantages will vary during the month.

Well, I do use a spreadsheet for the totals. But it's much easier to do Scoring by Notebook. Plus if a discrepancy or question arises later I can look at my compilings and see what I put down for it.

Good thing Mecca finally got in the Wide Rules, or Timeline might not have happened!

In today's answer post, I referred to looking up stuff in the encyclopedia and not online. I should add that if I'm looking for something that happened post 1972, I do have to use the internet.

So I'm not a total Luddite. Ha!

I almost forgot, I also gave half credit to whoever answered Judge Judy on the bonus question.
