Wind

#1 Post by Tocqueville3 » Mon Sep 01, 2008 12:29 pm

It's getting windy outside. And the rain is starting to come down pretty hard.

If our elecrticity goes out, Samantha said she wants to play Chutes and Ladders a hundred million times. Those were her words.

Lord, help me.

LOL! Been there. Stay safe, Tocque, and I hope the electricity holds --

but, if push comes to shove, I've found that moving my token down the chute is always more enjoyable if I make a loud and obnoxious sound effect to match the speed of the slide.

I think Samantha yelling YES!!! MOMMY IS GOING DOWN, BABY!!! whenever I hit a slide is enough. I will try the sound effects, tho. The last time we played I won. Silly me. Mommy isn't supposed to win! I think Samantha wants to play a bazillion times cuz she is trying to exact revenge on me.

If the electricity holds we're gonna bake cookies. Everyone wins at cookie baking!!!
