After hearing more details, the producer took a pass.

Awww, a whole bunch of us here are disappointed. :(

It might be a good thing. You all are probably not dysfunctional enough. 8)

Apparently they cast a wide net. My wife said the AP seemed interested, but then told her they were only taking cases from '06 or '07. I don't understand that. Are the courts that inefficient?

We filed in July and our court date is next Friday.

In any event, good luck with your case.

Crushed isn't the word for it! I think I am finally going to have to take matters into my own hands in order to have a "Byrd Encounter".

Anyone need a co-signer on their cell phone?

I wonder how many of these "disagreements" have been cooked up among friends in order to get the production company to pay off their bills...

oh, and I do believe I am in the market for a new cell phone, unfortunately I'm just a wee bit short on funds at the moment... 8)

My dad watches or DVRs Judge Judy every day.

He says it is "life in the raw."

It is "the best part of the day."

Too bad I can't tell him to watch for someone I 'know'.

I'll do my best to commit a crime so he can see me on the show. In the meantime if he wants to see life in the raw he ought to go to his local farmer's market.

The question is - Will your best be good enough?.

Framer's Markets just have vegetables in the raw - not life.

Maybe you haven't seen the Venice farmer's market.

I have not.

I am sure the Millbrook one is different.
