WWTBAM Bored

I tried to request tickets for a taping and when I clicked submit I just got a page with a bunch of HTML jibberish. Tried again and the same thing happened. I did this yesterday and since then I never received an email confirmation. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the email? I'm wondering if I should try again but I don't want to come off like a crazy person.

Also, does the confirmation mean you are definitely getting tickets? I have to schedule a flight and non-refundable hotel which I won't be needing if the tickets never come

Isn't there a number you can call to ask about tickets?

Ok, I just tried again and used IE instead of FF and it worked. Now hopefully they didn't get 3 requests from me!
