Atlanta we have heard is high, and Tbilisi is on the most prominent river in he mountainous Trans-Caucasus.
Which, by conventional measures, is higher, and by how much?

Tbilisi is higher but saying how much is tough.
Parts of Tbilisi are much higher than others. I see a range of about 1,200 to 2,500 ft for Tbilisi.
Atlanta is much less varied and ranges from around 750 to 1,050 ft.

Tbilisi International airport is higher than Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport by 624 ft.

I'm pretty sure Rick Rosner might have the answer.
(BTW, that wasn't meant to be mean spirited - I just couldn't resist the connection)

I would have guessed a lot more, before MAC's baseball question.
and the question was designed to make you think of Quito......
and whatever were the other ones in the famous PTBAM q
And so you did. Good.
