How dare they?!

To Whom It May Concern:

This is coming directly from my desk Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo
the Honorable Governor Central Bank of Nigeria as a warning to you and
to any body encouraging some unscrupulous officials to perpetuate scam
with my name and office even with my pictures claiming to be me in
order to receive an unsolicited contract and inheritance funds with
Central Bank of Nigeria.

If you are found purporting in soiling my identities and image in the
world, we will not only cancel your payment but brought you to book.

I am forced to write this email to you so that you will redress your
steps and know whom you are really dealing with because I cannot
imagine myself descending so low to forsake the important thinks
regarding the financial affairs of my country just for an individual
fund payment. I do not have time for such; I can only give my email
address, phone numbers and my IDs to my intimate friends.

At times, I wonder how stupid people could be for believing those
people using my names and information for their illicit dealings to
stain my name and image in the world at large. Let me ask you a
question? Does Bank Governor of your country send emails making calls
to foreign individuals persuading them to receive their payments even
to the extent of attaching their pictures to the emails sent to
attract trust for themselves making the clients to believe him?

You should know very well that no Bank would find it funny releasing
huge funds legally or illegal to their clients because when money is
going out of a Bank, the Bank is loosing money, therefore, it is not
in our blood to persuade or pressurize clients to receive their funds.
Every unclaimed or abandoned fund is to the benefit of the Bank
involved. Why I let you know this is for you to see reasons why I
cannot have time sitting on my table typing emails to you for the
receipt of your fund.

Yes, it is true that we have an unclear record of fund in your name
but the way you are going about the receipt will not make any positive
impact. At least, you should know that we have rules and regulations
guiding the transfer of any international payment and without the
accord procedures, nothing positive will work out.

So far, I have come to observe that some unscrupulous officials uses
opportunity of information of an unpaid, abandoned and unclaimed fund
with our Banks to perpetuate scam on the beneficiaries by claiming to
be in position to make them receive their funds, due to inefficiency,
the beneficiary ends up loosing without success.

I think you are lucky to have me written you and I believe that a word
is enough for the wise, therefore, I do not need to tell you to stop
any dealings you are having with any body or office to receive your
fund, it is left for you to decide.

Any way, contact my secretary Mr.Ignatius Ekeh on the Email:
ekehcbn@y7mail.com) to direct you to the office of the Director of
Special Duties to see to the legal transfer of your fund to your
account.

Keep me posted on the email: cbnoffice2@mail.md.

Good luck.
Mr.Larry James Fidelis For/
Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo.
Honorable Governor Central Bank of Nigeria.

I'm sure it's those rascals from Togo. They get an Olympic medal and they think they can get away with anything.
