Bus crash hits close to home

I'm sure most of you heard about the bus crash in Sherman, TX on August 8th. I think the death toll is up to 17.
My oldest's band camp started last Monday, the 11th. They weren't told anything until Wednesday while the band director got as much info as he could.
Matthew Bui, 15, has been in band with my daughter for 4 years. He and his family were on the bus. They survived the crash but the prognosis for full recoveries are unclear. This story in the paper today is primarily about his family and how they are doing, mostly no so well.

I'm hoping the owner of the tour bus company goes up on murder charges. I'm not sure how much disregard for safety and human life draws the line between negligence, manslaughter and murder. But this bus company was an accident waiting to happen.
