For those that have won the WTHAI games more than once, if you are on the monthly Gold thing, does it extend or do you get the 100k? And, is it a one time thing or do you keep getting one month memberships as long as you keep answering them correctly while being a free member?

I know the answer now! You get the 100K, but your free gold membership is not extended.

It's not the answer I wanted either, but that's what happened to me.

Isn't that sad? Now I've got to win another one real quick or break loose with some cash, because I'm just good enough at Word Puzzle to become addicted (but not good enough to automatically decide to pony up).

Sploofus ate my answer alive again this morning. Second time this month the green dot disappeared from the box when I hit submit on a gimme question....

I didn't have a gimme, only 6.6% got this vocabulary question correct. There was a wicked distractor. Grrrrr.

I was in the 25% range on a Sprots question, but, somehow, I opened the question without knowing it and then dropped a menu down in front of the question. That was the slowest answer I had in a long time.

The only solution I know of for lb's problem is to slow down. This used to routinely push me from double down to quadruple digits. Got so I hated getting gimmes.

I got an obscure Nintendo question that only 15% of the players got correct. I knew the answer immediately.

They asked who created the classic Nintendo game "Legend of Zelda".

I hate that drop down menu, it has decimated my times.

As for lb's problem, yeah. I still do that sometimes with quizzes, but I make darn sure I've got it marked before I submit. I wish they'd make it like kerplunk where you can just click on the answer instead of having to click exactly on the dot.
