I saw a couple of months ago and he looked good. He is a motivational speaker. I don't think he is working this Olympics for NBC. But he might still be there as an ambassador for US Swimming. Here is his website:

Speaking of old swimmers, I saw a piece on Dara Torres a week or so ago on one of those hour long shows. She's quite something.
