I don't even know what that is, but it's on VH-1. Not sure if I'm quite ready to make out with a rock star on national television.



If you are looking for your 15 minutes and are willing to make out with a Rockstar of national television - NOW's your chance. VH1 is holding an open casting call tonight for Rock and Love 3. The casting director will be in front of the Rock and Roll Emporium at our street fair booth between 5p-9p. (205 Main Street, Downtown Huntington Beach)

We don't know who the Rocker will be - maybe Brett Michaels again, maybe Tommy Lee, but it will be a popular LA rocker for sure.

They are looking for girls with personality, so dress your best and come on down and talk with the casting director to see if you're a good fit for the show. Last year they cast 1 person from our booth. Let's get more on the show this year!

I'm guessing from this that dressing your best to show off a prominent pair of personality would serve one well...

I posted something about ROL3 awhile back. Right before I Love Money started, I think. It will be Bret again, but this time it is on a tour bus.

I had to read this message twice, I thought that they were going to be in Auburn and I was going to tell you that if you went down and auditioned there would be a crisp fiver in it for you.

Oooh! I'm telling you, I really think the bus is going to be a part of that concert here on September 4th. I'll take pictures. I checked out our seats a couple of weekends ago when we were at the fairgrounds for Eric's company picnic. They don't look to be too bad at all.

Thanks for the reminder about this, I need to start playing a bunch of old and new Poison for Sam.


PS - Only a fiver?

PPS - I couldn't watch I Love Money! My taped episodes were erased after the dvr had some issues and had to be reset. Grr. I'll keep an eye out for reruns.

Hey, that's entirely possible! I don't know how BoB got this email and it doesn't give a date for the casting call, but I thought they had already cast it. I need to find the info on VH1 again (or just look for what I posted here already. Although I think searching for 'money' is not going to really narrow down the choices. Ha! Yay for pictures! Also take your notebook and your press pass and investigate the goings on for possible scoopage.

Re: the fiver. That is just an honourarium, of course. It's the love of the game that would have her going! Well, that and the new hoochie dress she bought that goes with the CENSORED shoes in her closet.

They are showing repeats quite frequently and usually the episode or two previous right before the premiere of the new show. To know which is which, here are the challenges to date:

Money booth
Bed battle
Kissing
Chicken catapult
Crying
Next week is rescuing Midget Mac

There's the connection from ROL2. I couldn't find mention on the site about ROL3 though. You could be right about it being a hoax.

I think Uly should go check it out, take pictures and report back with details. With Uly's help, we could have our own private viewing of the soon to be ROL3 train, er bus? wrecks. Although we have no idea what night it is, or if the casting call already happened.
