Belle of the Board, Prankster?

#1 Post by Here's Fanny! » Thu Jul 31, 2008 8:25 pm

So a couple days ago I give BoBrharris my home phone number so she can call me about something.

Last night around 1 am, I get the first prank phone call I've had in years!

Today, she is conspicuously and suspiciously scarce around these parts.

Coincidence? You make the call!

Just not to me at 1 am. Ha!
Spoiler
I'm darned good and ready.

I was chewing on Kay's wires last night, so she probably didn't call you.

In fact, that may be why she's been scarce today. She's gonna kick my ass.....

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

Who are you calling Maggot, maggot? Mr. Uly is one of my best boyfriends!

In addition, you let the Mr. Nice Guy mask slip. You have revealed your true evil self. My initial instincts about you were correct!

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Good grief! My ears are burning like hell!!! Can't you all behave while I'm away??

Yes, Fanny gave me her phone number. But 1AM her time is 3AM my time, so I don't think it was me. And YES, Evil Squirrel was chewing on my computer wires last night. I got kicked out of chat so many times, I finally just gave up.

I don't want to see any more of this ugliness in this thread, you understand me???

Thank you!!

BTW, I had to work all day today, missed my nail appointment due to some idiot woman that came in at 12:55...knowing we close for lunch at 1:00....didn't leave the office until 5:00..had to be at a surprise birthday party at 5:15...still had to buy the gift, go home and change clothes, attend birthday party, go to wine dinner later and I am just now getting home. My feet are killing me and I am in a very bad mood. Not that anyone would be able to notice, I'm sure.

I'm sorry, Miss Kay. I will be nice. I had to defend my very best friends, though. That's the kind of girl I am.

Well you used to be the type of girl who cavorted with evil squirrels. What was up with that?

I never knowingly cavorted with evil squirrels. There is one specific squirrel who lives in my back yard, and his name is Evil Squirrel. He had tried to convince me that he wasn't one of the bad guys, and I figured that it wasn't really his fault it if his parents had named him Evil, so we were becoming friends, sort of. Sadly, tonight I learned that he had fooled me -- but not for long!

So, I'm the kind of girl who wants to like everyone, but sometimes that doesn't work out.

He asked if it was the Walls residence. And the voice was obviously a teenager or young adult so I should have caught on right away, but I'm out of practice. Plus I was still a bit scared (because I'm paranoid and if the phone rings after 11 pm I automatically assume someone has been hurt or died), so I just very politely said that they had a wrong number.

Still, he persisted "There isn't a Sandy Walls there?". "No." But something was starting to register. Finally, when he said "You don't have any Walls there?" light dawned over Marblehead.

"Sorry, they're in the can with Prince Albert right now."

I was probably the most disappointing prank call of the night. Ha! Had it been an adult, they probably would have enjoyed it and called me back last night with a new one to see if I got that one.
Spoiler
I'm darned good and ready.

You're eastern time? I thought you were central. In any event, the mystery has been solved, it was Uly and Rexer. When those two scamps get together, you never can tell.

Finally, there were Compiling Night Chat Hijinks and nobody told me? Ha!

At least he didn't ask for Mike Hunt.
