Would you like to know how many days that is?
I have it on a calendar somewhere, but I need the exact date in March.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy!
Now, all I need is to sock away a big pile of money (and credit, as needed,) and the lovely vehicular sculpture is mine, all mine. Realistically, I probably won't trust myself to set foot into the showroom until I've paid my income taxes for 2008 next April, but then I'll be cruisin' and stylin', simultaneously.

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet for you, SC, but here's Auto Week's preview:

Thank you, KT. Thanks to the video linked to that page, I was finally able to confirm that the new Camaro also would have the hatchback. That's what makes it a "practical car" for me. I'm also happy about the OnStar. I seem to recall a time or two when I would have given a lot to have that.
Strangely enough, I don't like the body shape of this one as much as either my '88 or my '98, but I like it enough. Yep, good basic transportation. Zoom zoom.

The new car appears to be a bit of nod back to the first generation in 1967.
No doubt more sophisticated in technology but when it comes to looks it still pales in comparison to the "real" thing!
Sadly, that seems to be true for a lot of things...

I started dating my husband because of a car that looked like that. A 69 FIrebird convertible, dark sparkly blue with white leather interior. Damn, I looked good in that car.
