Thanks, my lovelies!
I haven't worked much today. David took me to lunch and we went shopping for a new fridge for the new house. I saw a fridge that was $13,000. I am not buying that fridge.
Tonight, David is grilling some fish and we will drink some wine that costs more than $10 a bottle while the girls spend the night at grandmas. Life is good.
Oh, yeah...Happy Birthday Macrae!!

This is a fridge for a private home, right, not a walk-in fridge for a restaurant? What features could possibly make one of those worth $13,000?

Which will make it that much easier for you to hit him up for a $5000 HDTV as a belated BD gift.
Hope you had a good one (it sure sounds like you did)

It's indoor-outdoor and has a walk-in feature for squirrels.

She never said it was
worth $13,000. That's why she didn't buy it.
I've got a great-looking, silver, 10-year-old car in the driveway. I'd be happy to sell it to you for $87,500, and I'll throw in the dog hair free.

Does the AC work? And can you ship it to Sedona?

The AC works perfectly, and for $87,000, I'd drive it to Sedona.

A refrigerator.
My grandma used to call them fridges.
The one we saw was a big fancy one that was suppose go flush with the counters. It wasn't very deep but was realy wide. It had french doors and a freezer drawer. It was a Sub Zero. I can't find a pic of it with the price otherwise I woulda posted it.
This is the fridge are gonna buy.

I have never had an ice maker on the front of the fridge before. My sister has and my neice once made a puddle the size of a kiddie pool in their kitchen. Fun. I'm thinking I'll be using the lock feature often. I just hope I can get David to remember to lock the thing, too. It won't be long and Olivia will be tall enough to make puddles on the floor.
The most fabu thing about my new house is that it has a playroom. The girls will have their own rooms but down the hall is a ginormous playroom. The only time I will have to look at all their crap is when I go in there. Now, they have all their crap in their rooms and they drag it into the living room. No more toys in the living room. Yes!
Oh yeah, Saints training camp starts here on Thursday. Football...ahhhh...

Sorry I missed it. Hope it was terrific.

Happy Belated Birthday -- I hope you enjoyed the +$10 wine and the grilled fish!
Good call on the 13K fridge. For that kind of money I'd just have everything delivered fresh every day.

That's what they'll be calling iceboxes in about 75 years. Don't worry, you have plenty of time to adapt.

It's an icebox you plug in.
It won't be long and Olivia will be tall enough to make puddles on the floor.
Heck, my grandson is 18 months old and has been making puddles on the floor for months.
Hope your day was special, Tocq.
