I think that's the boat dock of New Otherton, except I don't think they have a golf course.

Since I have not seen every inch of coastline, no.
I would guess Molokai or something less built up. I don't think you can find this much coastline on Maui without a condo on it.
Dona't recognize the rock either. There are a few of them.

I think it's Lanai - Manele Harbor, but I haven't found conclusive Google proof of that yet.

Google Maps has an aerial view of Manele Harbor, but there's a partial cloud cover, so it's hard to verify. The big building in the photo might match the aerial view.
