Picture resizing
I think this has been discussed before, but I can't find the thread it's in. I wanted to change my avatar yesterday but the picture I was going to use was way too big. How do I shrink it to make it avatar-worthy??

I saved it to my favorites today, but had to look a while this morning to find it so I could change mine this morning.

In the not-too-distant future, I'm going to finish compiling a Bored Master FAQ. That FAQ will answer all questions ever asked here, ever, or die trying. That way, we won't need to have an endless number of sticky threads for every subject.
