Will my car run with ethanol?

I have noticed that, here, the gas prices are bit unlike what we saw in S.C. They have an Unleaded Plus (with Ethanol) priced lower than straight Unleaded regular. Question is, will my vehicle which has used standard Unleaded all these years run fine on the Unleaded with Ethanol gas?

In the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we have been unable to buy gas without ethanol for a couple of years or so. I'm no mechanic, but our vehicles have seen to be OK with this mixture. The pumps say that there is no more than 10% ethanol in the gas.

As long as it is E15 or lower (15 percent ethanol at the most) it should be fine. The higher the ethanol the lower the fuel mileage, though.

Just make sure it's not E85. One of my granddaughters told me about how low the gas price was at one station in Colorado, but I found it was E85. Everything else has just 10%.

Almost all of the gas here is 10% ethanol...and yes, I do get lower fuel mileage!
