2 weeks, starting today.
Big J, Nana and Papa went on an "Eco-tour" yesterday, with a marine biologist from the centre near their place, and his assistant. They went out in the centre's Zodiac, and toured the wildlife areas near Sidney BC.
Big J, oh he of non-communication, actually phone me last night to tell me about it. They saw a pod of Orca in one area, a colony of seals in another, and a black bear berrymunching on a small island nearby.
He was asked by the assistant to help drive the boat.
He now wants a boat.
Today is the salmon fishing charter out by Sooke BC with Papa. He had to get up at 6, and they were set to head out on the water at 9, as it is a 2 hour drive.
He will not want to come home....
