QoD July 2, 2008
2 points per correct answer, 10 points if you get all four correct. Answer with a Spoiler tag in one post in this thread before noon CDT on Thursday, July 3.
No outside sources allowed. Just take your best guess.
1. What country is also known as Druk Yul, the Land of the Thunder Dragon? (I edited this question at 10:16 am CDT to correct the spelling of Druk Yul. Answers before that point are automatically correct)
2. Which color “roses” won the Battle of Bosworth Field?
3. What is the “B” element with the highest atomic number?
4. An athlete in what sport wins the Hobey Baker Memorial Award each year?
You still have a couple of hours to answer the July 1 questions.

I was trying to avoid this situation by saying "highest number". If I had meant location on the table I would hope I would have found some other way to say it.mrkelley23 wrote:

What's funny/sad to me is that I knew of the existence of Bohrium, but my last update on it was while the Germans, the Russians, and iuPAC were still fighting over what the name should be. The Germans wanted nielsbohrium, and I thought that name had stuck. Thanks for forcing me to update my internal periodic table.
