I Love Money

#1 Post by Here's Fanny! » Fri Jun 27, 2008 10:13 am

Yo, VH1 beyotches! This show starts July 6th! They've been showing lots of adverts for it and here are the contestants I've picked out of the clips:

FOL

Pumkin
Toastee
Nibblz

I think I also saw Hoopz, although she seems unlikely and I wouldn't be surprised if Buckwild and Sapphyri weren't also on it.

ROL

Heather
Megan
Rodeo
Destiney
Brandi C

Since Brandi C is there, it's a good bet that Kristia is as well.

ILNY

Mr. Boston
The Entertainer
12 Pack
Midget Mac
White Boy
Chance

Hopefully Real came along with Chance, he was my fave in Season 1.
Spoiler
I'm darned good and ready.

Oh boy oh boy oh boy.

I haven't had a decent trash fix in a bit.

This could prove to be epic.
Well, then

This post is as confusing as yesterday's PAF call.

I thought this was going to be something about money? :?

The Mac is back! "Lookin' fly, 24-7."

I'm not going to be able to tune in for the premiere, but thank heavens for the reruns! At last, Vh1 has a show with an honest concept.

What's so confusing about "this show starts July 6 and here are some of the contestants I recognized in the adverts"?

Unless your post was only meant to convey how very far beneath you such low brow fare is that it totally befuddles your very intellectual self. If that's the case....

It's a VH1 beyotch thang, you wouldn't understand.

I love you more and more each day.

Speaking of Mac, one of the newest clips shows Mr. Boston grabbing Ms. Tatters and macking on her for all he's worth. Ick! But I think she can handle herself.

I'm surprised I saw no Daisy or Lacey, but I'm confident that they will be present for ROL Charm School.

Well, I get that it's some sort of show on VH1 and it apparently has a number of contestants with trendy, hip-hoppy names. Is the name of the show actually "I Love Money"? What do they do on this show to demonstrate this love? And do I really want to know the answer to that?

:?

And as for accusing me of not tolerating low-brow fare, puhleeze.

I watch 5th Grader!

The hip hoppys are from Flavour of Love and I Love New York, where part of the schtick is that they have nicknames.

Yes.

Not clear at this time other than flashing some tit, swapping some spit, shaking some ass and screaming their heads off. All the classics.

I'd take a guess and say no.

I wouldn't know anything about that, as I am a highly intellectual, refined type classy person of impeccable breeding. And a tattooed whore.

Speaking of Vh1, I had a perverse thought last night. (Yes, I have one perverse thought a week. Otherwise, my mind remains disgustingly wholesome.)

I finally bought a camcorder, because I intend to take it on vacation with me next week and use it to help Annie record parts of her opera when I get back. As I was reading through the instruction book, it occurred to me that I could -- at long last -- consider making audition videos for some of those shows that require them. That wasn't the perverse part. The perverse part was that I would be sorely tempted to send in a video for Miss Rap Supreme 2, if there ever is a follow-up series, just to freak them out more than they have already done to me.

You would be Irish step dancing to some rap music, I presume?

They might just give you a few seconds of air time, just like those too-awful-to-believe contestants during the opening weeks of AI. 8)

So who ended up winning? It didn't really strike my fancy, so I only watched it when it was on anyway and I didn't feel like changing the channel.

Last I saw, I think it was down to Beata, Chiba and Nikki2States.

Bleah, the posting message hadn't even come up when I remembered that it was Rece Steele, not Nikki2States. I guess that answers how much attention I paid. Ha!

No need for Irish dancing, Marley. You underestimate me. I am a rapper of immense lyrical power and driving rhythm. (BS is part of the rapper persona, you know.) But, given the enormous commercial demand for white women rappers of a certain age, it's far more likely that I'd get just enough air time to ruin eligibility for something else. I still would freak them out.

I will save the Irish dancing for my video audition for "So You Want To Be a Super-Hero."

Ah, another favorite show of mine, of a certain quality. :)

But the best episode of that one was when the contestants had to pit their strength against a pair of attack dogs. While the hero of that challenge prevailed after a 15-minute marathon of exertion, you would simply charm them with a "Hi, guys! I'm Annie's mom." 8)

I saw that episode and wondered what I'd do under those circumstances. Part of the problem was the protective padding, which certainly was needed by the contestants, but which to the dogs -- by their training -- marked the people as "bait."

More updates for everybody except Marley. (What do you want to bet that if he actually watched an episode that he'd immediately fall as madly in love with Heather as the rest of us?

Vh1 now has the cast members all up (Hoopz is indeed in da house!) as well as some sneak peek previews.

I think I had all of them except for Real (yes!) and Heat (obviously, because wherever 12 pack is, Heat is not far behind).

And, Casting Special Tuesday night!

Heather doesn't sound like a hip-hoppy name. What's up with that? :P

Heather is an educated stripper/ho.

Actually, you probably could take her home to meet your mom, as long as you limited the visit to 10 minutes or less. Just don't leave her alone with your dad.

Heather is an entity unto herself. She is a force of nature. I'm sure Marley will be able to overlook her lack of hippity-hoppyosity after checking out this:
