Last night I noticed that my feedback was 1111 and I immediately thought of Christie.

I haven't been actively selling on ebay for some time, although I still buy occasionally, and my feedback was stuck in the 4800 range, just short of the next colored star level at 5000.

However, when Ebay changed their feedback rules, which essentially retroactively gave med multiple credit for multiple sales to the same individual, my total went up immediately to over 5200.

So the new feedback system works for me.....

I've been on eBay for more than ten years and my feedback is in the 200's.

Getting up to one transaction per week from repeat buyers and sellers to count is about the only thing working about the new feedback system. I understand about the extortion thing, but there's still extortion, it's just on the buyers' part now.

My major gripe is this: Not being able to leave a negative (not that I ever did more than twice) when there was never payment is ridiculous. Since the change was announced I think I've had more NPB than in my entire selling career.

I've been on ebay since 99, but less than 200 of my feedback is as a buyer. I started selling my glassware collection and a few odds and ends about six years ago, but I've only been selling in earnest for about 2 1/2 years.
