Postcard in the mail.

Has anyone receive their postcard in the mail?
Do you think that WWTBAM will start calling on the first week of July, or after the holiday weekend?
I'm rooting for everybody who auditioned.

Some postcards have arrived, you can see the latest results in the "2008 Audition List" thread.
If I remember correctly, taping starts July 23. They'll probably be making calls during the first two weeks of July. I'd guess they could fit in the calls for the first week by Wednesday, after doing some Road audition selections.

I'd be good with just a Happy Card for now. The thought of getting The Call for a taping before mid-August makes me shudder.
It has only been just over a week for me, and I see that others who auditioned before me haven't received (or reported) their Card status. I can wait.

like their contestants to be emotional, so calling you to tape before the Big Day would be
just perfect for them!

Only if they record the calls, so they can replay on the show the primal scream that deafened the caller. It will be the last thing the poor AP will ever hear out of that ear.
