Ok, I found you some pointy shoes. They might be a bit uncomfortable for work but you can get those cornered cockroaches. Oh, for those interested, the Manolo recommends this style called the Cary by Donald Pliner.

And, those shoes of Uly's should work wonders on the consultants.
