This lady was REALLY excited. I could tell why shet picked.

OK up to the $16K. Foreign food-I bet the audience might know this, I didn't (even though I studied Spanish for a year in college-this word didn't come up.)

I didn't take spanish but I'm guessing you could probably eliminate cake and cookie if you have any spanish knowledge. And then use the 50/50 to help you out more than that PAF did.

I will have to ask MoH is this was someone she knows. From her hometown, the birthplace of Friendly's Ice Cream. I really need to get on to try and vindicate what used to be the perception of smart people living in Massachusetts. [Say, maybe that's why they don't come to Boston. Based on the performance (Ogi Ogas being an exception), we're too dumb!]

ATA on the $16K, then Googling PAF if it doesn't give a clear consensus.

I definitely think ATA would have gotten it...too bad she wasted it...umm yeah because "slam-bang" might mean gradually or breezily...

Honestly, this was the first time I've ever rooted for a contestant to get a question wrong. That woman was a more than a bit irritating.

$16K: Never heard of this treat... and I even took 4 years of high school Spanish! The audience might not know this, so I'll PAF.

Luann was definitely a live wire. Too bad that she met the same fate as so many other live wires.
