Wedding Blog: BD**2 - 47

GW and BD are off with the wedding gown to the seamstress. GW would normally be doing the alterations, but if I heard her correctly, the bodice has to be pulled in too much for her to handle it easily. She's already altering her own dress and one for a bridesmaid.
I'm cleaning, outside and in, for the shower. The normal boxes downstairs are being more efficiently arranged, so that we may stack BD's stuff down there. It's already looking better, but there's more to do. But while it's still sunny out, I've got to do some lawn mowing.
GW and BD were putting the shower favors in little boxes this AM. We found some wine stoppers with hearts on top. They look nice, and just as important, they were cheap but not cheaply made.
The front stairs are complete. They look hugely better than before.
The appointment is set up for music details. Among the items still on the details list are telling the rabbi how many attendants there are so he can tell us the order down the aisle, getting the ceremony from him so that we can give it to the ASL interpreter, arranging for the tuxes, ... Lotsa little stuff to get done. It all adds up.
