Daily Double: If you haven’t played today’s regular Jeopardy! Yet, STOP! Go back and play it, then come back here. Remember to put your wager (either none, one fourth, one half, or all of your points for today) (Unless you're Fanny, in which case pick some random number so that I can guess which fraction is closest to your actual wishes...

) in this thread or the other one. The category is still Crossword Clues “U”
For a journalist, this adjective usually describes a good thing; to a conservative Supreme Court, it’s usually a bad thing. (13)

As stated in the other thread, I'm betting it all.
I can think of a lot of other U words that apply: ultraliberals, ultrarational, unmanipulated, unobstructive, unselfishness, untaintedness.
But my final question will be:
What is unprecedented?

Dude, I swear that I did NOT look at this before I decided on my wager! I thought giving a specific number would make it easier for you than to make you try and do the math. And my numbers are never random, you should know that by now.
So, following instructions, I will change my wager to 33/36ths. Ha!

I thought we were putting our wagers in this thread. I guess I'm guilty of never reading the rules. I was going to bet half my points anyway.....

After reading everybody's answers, I still don't know for sure what the right answer is. I still think I have the right answer, but "unimpeachable" and "uncompromised" also make sense.

Haven't had much luck with the DD so far. Will wager half.
UNIMPEACHABLE - As in source for a journalist? Not sure what that has to do with a conservative Supreme Court though. Seems to apply to all supreme court justices. Aren't they all pretty much "unelected," "unimpeachable," and "unaccountable"...

What is Unimpeachable? But I really have no idea why!

BTW, I forgot to phrase my regular Jeopardy answers in the form of a question. Do I get any points at all?
