This time tomorrow (hopefully-if not travel delays) The Baboo and I will be enjoying the unique atmosphere that New Orleans has. Both of us are anticipating this trip a lot. Harrah's is sending us to dinner at Emeril's one night and K-Paul's (Prudomme) another night. We aren't big epicurians but we are sure looking forward to visiting those two New Orleans culinary landmarks. I haven't been down there since February and that is too long. I'll let y'all know if anything noteworthy happens.

Yeah, drink one. Don't be in one.

Thanks y'all. We had a great time. Lots of eating and gambling. We did devote one day to cultural stuff. The D-Day Museum for me and a glass blowing school/gallery for the Baboo. Well actually, we also attended The Louisiana Tomato Festival for an hour or two on Sunday but it was winding down by the time we got into town.

I hope the Tomato Festival was salmonella-free.

Our cruise in August leaves out of New Orleans. It's the first time we've been there since my Millionaire audition in 2001.
Mrs. SSS is very excited about the prospects of visiting the new Insect Museum that just opened. Somehow, I don't think they have ped adoption there.
