Unless you are trying to save your eligibility for something else, I'd take the shot at this game. I would guess that if you are not picked to play the actual game, you could still retain eligibility for most other shows.

Thanks for the input. I will call them tomorrow and see if they truly want me.
On another note, I played trivia again tonight and our team "Bob Loblaws Law Blog" came in second. We knew who Tenzin Gyatso is, besides being the 1989 Nobel peace prize recipient.

I mentioned in an earlier thread that 1 vs 100 is not completely dead. They said I was still being considered as a 1 if it comes back, even if I'm on syndiDoND. I called back and they said I would have to wait for another round of taping since I knew someone in this cycle.

You have to wait for the next cycle of SyndiDoND? How could knowing another case-holding potential contestant be a problem? It's not like you can collude with each other to change the outcome. I assume if they caught someone sneaking a peek in their case before Howie tells the person to open it, there would be hell to pay.

Dunno, but they specifically asked if I knew someone else who was taping at the end of the month. I told them I did and so they said I would have to wait.
