Pine pollen is scary

Coming home from the grocery store this AM, noticed that it looked smoky in the neighborhood. Some construction going on, so figured neighbor had backhoe going, or a truck had gone by.
Up on my porch roof later on, pressure washing the siding. Noticed the smoke again. Then saw where it was coming from. When a breeze came by, this cloud of "smoke" drifted off the pine branches all up and down the street. It's pine pollen season, folks. The cars are turning yellow, as is the entire street. But when it looks like it's smoke, that's some serious pollen count.

I have been sneezing nonstop for 2 days now. The pollen count here must be astronomical. I may actually break down and go get some Claritan.

It's not good for my hay fever, either, but it never ceases to amaze me when I see a pine tree release its cloud of pollen like that!

I'm with Tan. We haven't seen Pine Pollen since March. I had a 6:30PM outdoor wedding to attend tonight. My car thermometer read 99 as I was pulling into the driveway of the event.

It also says that it is 97% Chines Pine Pollen. I don't know what the other 3% is.

Oh dear. What to do. What to do. Stay on post topic or ask DUDE! A FINE SET ON YOU; Merv could have those as canapes before the main meal. Excellent job I must say. Or genes or whatever squirrels have when they have things.
Pollen!?! I faht in your general pollen direction. We live in a miasma of pollen, but the yellow stuff stopped months ago. Tree and grass give forever. Mold spores are our friends.

So those reading this who missed the avatar referenced above are wondering what this is all about. It's really hard to keep up and too bad when you change your avatar it also changes on previous posts.
