top o' the mornin'®
It's a hot, sticky day here in the River City - the temperature was 77 at 5:30AM (!) and should soar into the mid-90s by afternoon. It wouldn't be so bad if the humidity wasn't so high, plus there's no relief in sight until next week. That should make Sunday loads of fun. Our church is having an old-time gospel concert with dessert on the lawn. The doors to the sanctuary will be opened so that our sound might waft through the neighborhood, so the air conditioning will be battling with nature for control of the climate in the sanctuary. Fortunately we'll all have old-fashioned funeral fans to keep us cool (?).

Your weather seems to moving my way as we'll be in the mid-90s over the weekend as well. Must be June.
