Whew. Not that it's good it's Mel, but I had a moment where I thought of Miguel, who I have liked on a couple of TV shows including Crossing Jordan.

In your sleep is a good way to go.

Mel was one of those: "I'm surprised he's still alive" guys.

Miguel is the son of Jose Ferrer (no relation) and Rosemary Clooney. Mel and Jose did star together in a shortlived 70's TV series about Captain Nemo (played by Jose). It was better known for the odd casting than anything about the show.

The best thing Mel ever did professionally was marry Audrey Hepburn. Since their marriage ended, his career was mostly TV work and bad European horror movies.

Mel Ferrer was one of the people considered for the role of Randall Flagg in the TV miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's The Stand.
