On the New TR Presidential Library and Such

A Fargo radio talk show host was in western North Dakota today and covering various topics.
I don't remember if I have mentioned that the Teddy Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora will be opening up next summer-but now you know. I can't wait to visit. Medora is a fun short trip anyway.
But, he was talking with some TPTB from Dickinson State University which apparently has a major digital archive (you can visit online) of TR stuff.
I was/am completely gobsmacked that he said "last year, only 4 countries in the world did not access the archive."
That is awesome to play with-why would somebody from the Central African Republic (insert your own outlandish country here) even know about it-let alone access it?
