It's your chance to be my neighbor!

Land sale, just 1/2 mile down the road from BiT!

If I had more money, and time, I'd probably buy a lot, build a house, sell my current one, and move literally down the street. The views are better and probably a little quieter and darker sky than my current place. But won't happen. We've been here three years now, invested a lot of sweat getting our property "almost" the way we want it. The almost is because Mrs BiT still makes me go do stuff...cut down that tree, reseed there, clean up there, etc.

The reason we'd consider it is because at the time we where looking, there was little available and we felt we had to buy a builder spec home. We like it, but there are some things that we'd add or change. Also, the developer of our neighborhood didn't come through on some marketing "promises", like paved streets (we do have chip-seal streets that are legally called paved, but we expected asphalt.). Also, we are only 1/4 mile from the two-lane hwy and we get some noise. But pretty sure we'll stay here. But y'all are welcome to come!

Watch the video if you want to get a feel for the area.

Lots of Californians moving here, so there's that. :)

Looks nice, but I'm happy about 50 miles to the east of you in Irving.

I do miss some things about living in a city, but so far, three years in, I'm still enjoying the "country" life. If I need city stuff I'm 20 minutes from small town (Weatherford or Granbury) and 45 minutes from big city (Fort Worth).
