Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland dies at 24
He scored his first NFL touchdown in prime time on Monday Night Football (3 days ago) when he scooped up a blocked punt and ran it back for a TD. I didn't see this because Disney is greedy.
No word on cause. Truly tragic no matter the cause.
Marshawn Kneeland, a defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys, has died, his agent and the team announced Thursday, Nov. 6.
He was 24. No cause of death was immediately available. Kneeland's agent, Jonathan Perzley of Sportstars, Inc., said Kneeland died Wednesday night while the Cowboys in their announcement said he "tragically" passed Thursday morning.
"It is with extreme sadness that the Dallas Cowboys share that Marshawn Kneeland tragically passed away this morning," the team said. "Marshawn was a beloved teammate and member of our organization. "
Kneeland scored Dallas' first touchdown of its "Monday Night Football" loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Nov. 3 by scooping up a blocked punt in the end zone. The Michigan native played collegiately at Western Michigan.

Apparent suicide.
According to Frisco (Texas) Police, the department responded to assist the Texas Department of Public Safety with locating a vehicle that evaded troopers during a pursuit that entered the city at approximately 10:39 p.m. CT Wednesday.
DPS troopers found Kneeland's vehicle crashed on southbound Dallas Parkway near Warren Parkway. According to the report, Kneeland fled the scene on foot and officers searched the area with help from K-9 and drone units.
Approximately three hours later, Kneeland was found with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. During the course of the search, officers received information that Kneeland "expressed suicidal ideations," according to the report.
