Can't get into real board. Didn't get e-mail when went to change password, giving frankel.j.m@gmail.com. Which is probably *not* e-mail I logged in with many years ago.
Can anyone here help?
Instructions say "contact administrator" but give no way that I can find to do that. I'd appreciate their e-mail, or, even better, phone.


Can LB or someone else help her? (I spelled LB wrong... )

It's been a week...

She's not showing as deactivated, and that only happens when you change your email address. If she just changed her password, there's no reason she shouldn't be able to log in with it. I'm not sure what the problem is to help with it...

The email she's registered here with is her harvard.edu one, which I'd guess she no longer has access to.

Maybe someone who is an admin can jump onto EFB and figure out a way to help her..
