LSWE Special #4 - The Singles Chart

Identify the 111 songs below and match them up into 44 triples, 5 quadruples and 1 quintuple according to a Tangredi, or a principle you must discover for yourself! If my accounting is correct, 27 songs will be used twice, 4 songs three times, one song four times, and two songs five times! All multiple-matched songs may be used in any combination of capacities. Parenthetical song titles should be able to be ignored. Alternate matches are possible, but using best practices in Tangredi game matching should eliminate most of those. I did several checks to make sure the true matches in this game were as tight as possible...

Good luck!

First consolidation …

Identify the 111 songs below and match them up into 44 triples and 6 quadruples according to a Tangredi, or a principle you must discover for yourself! If my accounting is correct, 26 songs will be used twice, 4 songs three times, one song four times, and two songs five times! All multiple-matched songs may be used in any combination of capacities. Parenthetical song titles should be able to be ignored. Alternate matches are possible, but using best practices in Tangredi game matching should eliminate most of those. I did several checks to make sure the true matches in this game were as tight as possible...

Good luck!

One song is incorrect.

Both songs with two answers contain the correct song in them.

Two songs are correct, but have different issues that will be important and should be resolved later...

Everything else is correct, including the question marked song!

Good luck!

The incorrect song is still incorrect (obviously, as it hasn't been identified!)

Same with the two correct songs that have significant issues as listed here. Hint on one of them: The confusion was hinted at by some players in their answers. The other issue I'll only hint at if necessary, as it's a major clue as to the Tangredi...

Everything else is good to go, or at least good so far as this game is concerned. I guess we're just waiting for Vandal to slowly fill in the rest of the answers....

I removed the lyrics from the answers that we know are correct to make it easier to identify the wrong one (and the Tangredi).

Only two issues have been hinted at: How good is Jhoan Duran (probably not relevant here) and parenthetical or other extraneous words in titles. #13 has been released with either title 9 TO 5 or MORNING TRAIN, and #57 is sometimes called THEME FROM NEW YORK, NEW YORK.

I also fixed some typos.

I am thinking it should be George Thorogood and the DELAWARE Destroyers. Hadn't even noticed it before.

AND add Franklin to Aretha.

Thanks, Vandal! That means all the rest of the answers in the first consolidation are right.

Consolidation with lyrics removed…

Identify the 111 songs below and match them up into 44 triples and 6 quadruples according to a Tangredi, or a principle you must discover for yourself! If my accounting is correct, 26 songs will be used twice, 4 songs three times, one song four times, and two songs five times! All multiple-matched songs may be used in any combination of capacities. Parenthetical song titles should be able to be ignored. Alternate matches are possible, but using best practices in Tangredi game matching should eliminate most of those. I did several checks to make sure the true matches in this game were as tight as possible...

Good luck!
