BB Memorial Project
So, the initial response seems to be in support of BiT's idea for a memorial section for Bored Buddies/Jipters who have passed.
My thought was for a separate forum which would only include a thread for each memorialized BB. The first post would be some basic information (maybe a photo if available), then anyone could respond in the thread with their thoughts, memories, any tribute they'd like to make. Some tribute items may be added to the original post if deemed appropriate.
The list should only include those who actively participated in the Bored from the time it began in 1999 until now, or in the Yahoo Groups branch known as the GC. Here are the those I've come up with who I know we have lost. Any additions/corrections would be appreciated:
rubbersnail
tigerx3
Confessor
Bumfmaster
silvercamaro
christie
TBone
TxGrandma
A few of these people I know little about, but they would get a placeholder OP that can be filled in later with whatever anyone can provide.
Thoughts and suggestions will be welcome, especially since I'm not the best judge on that which is appropriate for delicate situations. I probably won't be adding this until next week, so the floor is open...

My thoughts on the forum:
Posts, similar to what I did for TxGrandma, Post titled RIP, Real Name, bored name or names
LInk to Obit if available, and quotes from the Obit since the link may expire.
Responses can be anything the BBs want to say or share, pictures, stories, etc.
Once setup, someone can post a notice with a link to the forums on the FB page letting others know.

Re: BB Memorial Project
This feels like it could go as a separate channel under the index, where it wouldn’t be a daily thing to look at but would be available as desired.
Maybe we could dig up the old threads on some of the folks, and link to them. I’m available for this task.
