Best known as the star of the reality TV series Duck Dynasty. His family revealed in December that he was suffering from Alzheimer's but was in the "early stages." From seeing the other residents at Mrs. SSS's facility, I know the disease progresses at different rates for different people, and that there can be sudden downturns after illness or serious trauma.
